Introduction

Welcome to Apex Studios! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Apex Studios studio rental services, including but not limited to studio bookings, equipment rental, and any related services provided by Apex Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Use of Service

Apex Studios provides studio spaces and related equipment for photography, film, and other creative projects. Our services are available to individuals and businesses who agree to abide by these Terms. You agree to use our services in a responsible and lawful manner. You are solely responsible for any content created or activities conducted within our studios. Apex Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that is harmful to our business or reputation.

Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the studios for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Damage or misuse studio equipment or property.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the use of the studios by other users.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Sublet or assign your booking to another party without our prior written consent.

Booking and Payment

All studio bookings must be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Apex Studios. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided during the booking process. Prices for studio rentals and equipment are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Any changes to prices will not affect confirmed bookings.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and will be credited towards the total rental fee. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of your booking. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the booking date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the booking date will forfeit the entire deposit.

To cancel or reschedule your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at [email protected]. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment malfunction or studio closure. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.

Liability

Apex Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property occurring within our studios, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You are responsible for ensuring the safety of yourself and your guests while using our studios. We recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance coverage for your activities. You agree to indemnify and hold Apex Studios harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or copyright infringement.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to equipment or personal belongings brought into the studios. Please ensure that you keep your belongings secure and supervised at all times. We are also not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions that may occur during your booking, although we will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly. In the event of a technical malfunction that significantly impacts your booking, we may offer a partial refund or the option to reschedule.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
